What an exciting long weekend’s work on the bus! Kitchen frame made with spare timber in the shed and trying out the stove and sink ready to make the template for our stone bench top to be cut this week 🙌🏻!!

Configuration starting from bedroom is 2 x drawers for clothes, 2 x drawers for kitchen and cupboard under the sink then full height fridge unit with microwave on top and drawer underneath.

Price estimates on prebuilt units was $2K to $2.5K so we ordered some prefab drawer inserts with runners which were $380 and we are using vboard on the fronts of the drawers. We’ll let you know where we end up with the price, but definitely cheaper making it ourselves 🙌🏻!

This was a charcuterie board I did that was inspired by my fave place steelandvines . Yup, I literally had to look up what a good charcuterie board consists of... but you all know my obsession with them haha I couldn’t replicate the amazing dips, micro greens from urbanmicroscanada and pickled veggies that they have over at steelandvines but I did my best. I did substitute gluten-free crackers, and although I don’t eat meat this was made specially for those who do 😉 I also added my fave combo of honey, coffee grounds and blue cheese. Sounds weird but oh my gosh what a treat!!!
